Kenne Bell Supercharger Belt breaking all the time

Been running my Kennebell 4.7 for couple years now and seem to go thru belts. I have gates 10rib and was wondering is there a stronger belt out there. Or could it be another issue that is breaking belts beside to much power?

Gates also has their RPM line of belts--stronger than the HD line.

How exact does it need to be? What's the tolerance range that the tensioner provides?
