Something may be out of round or balance with the pully. Check the ribs on the Pully for no damage that might cause slicing ( Which you probably have ) Checking your hood doesn't have anything touching. Also it isn't good if you just make a sudden lift off the throttle.
4.7 is a lot of Power! I had a Kenne Bell 4.2 on my 2010 SRT8 installed by Tim Barth and these were things he had mentioned when other people had posted up problems.
