Either a Faraday Bag or a homemade Aluminum Foil Bag/Envelope...Want to have possession of the second key on extended road trip. Carlisle etc. Where is the best place to keep it? Both for security and not interfering with operation. Thanks.

I doubt anything would happen with all 3 fobs in the car at the same time. You have to think that the original purchaser took delivery of all 3 fobs when purchasing the car and took them with on the delivery. I'd say that when all 3, or even just 2 fobs are in the car at once, one of them (most likely one of the red fobs) is probably the primary and it defaults to it, or you could switch to the black key by hitting a button on the screen if you wanted to decrease power.I guess I've never had both, or all three, keys in the car at the same time. What happens?
This is correct! I had all 3 keys on the ride home and did not have any issues. With having a Red key that took priority of the black.I doubt anything would happen with all 3 fobs in the car at the same time. If you park your car, you Will need to keep all the keys together or you will not have a great experience if someone hops in your car for a joy ride. So if you plan on keeping the other keys in the car for some reason, you will need a (hidden) faraday pouch/box to block the proximity signal. Again they extra keys will not affect the operation of the car. This is the Charger SP with the proximity unlock feature. Not sure about security etc. When wife put keys in trunk, it kept popping open.
Get a faraday bag, they really work. And as goofy as that screen looks, it seems to be effective. Does it flap at freeway speed? That could really beat up the paint.Planning to carry the FOB in case one is lost, and have a scond driver part of the trip. Don’t want to have it on my person all the time. The (novistretch) screen keeps the nose and radiator clean on trips.

Thanks. Screen is secure and snug, no chafing at speed.Get a faraday bag, they really work. And as goofy as that screen looks, it seems to be effective. Does it flap at freeway speed? That could really beat up the paint.
Thanks.baabootoo, the bags I have are 4.9 x 3.5. They fit fine in my front pocket. They will hold two fobs. Still smaller than most cell phones.
