Don't know anything about your area since the farthest south I've been in Florida is Orlando so not sure on shops. I would fix it and build the motor to the level needed to support the mods you have. Kudos for not putting this on FCA. I've read a bunch of threads on different makes where the owner modified the car and popped the motor and somehow thought it was on the manufacturer which of course it isn't. Good luck hope you get it fixed and back on the road.
