If I'm not mistaken , mine at idle is still 60 psi.
I think- lifters, plugs, injectors & tune is possible issues ?

Best of luck and hope you get it fixed fast. For those mods you shouldn't have had any issues. Definitely was the tune. I was really confused about your tuner telling you the 93 tune and Race Gas tune where the same??? That sounds like a big blunder to me. Those are two different worlds. I mean you can't run the amount of timing you would on Race Gas when running 93 octane. Was it some sort of flex tune?
But in the end if the tune was set for race gas (more timing etc etc) and you were running a mix of lets say 98 octane average then I'm betting that's what caused the damage.
Thats been my biggest question since this happened. The car ran flawlessly before that day and once the new tune which he claimed was good for both got installed, the car had a melt down. Really makes me wonder but I honestly don’t know enough about tuning and fuels to know it should or shouldn’t have been done that way. Im hoping to get that information here. Thank you, for the response I am starting to sense people have at least a small issue with that type of tune.

I think mine has always idled lower psi but I could be wrong. I was paying attention to that on that day because of the oil change that morning. I did some quick googling to see of the psi was normal and I remember being satisfied that it was in a normal range.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. I am coming up on a engine transplant in about a month. I’ll be removing a complete 915whp (Tim Barth tuned) 2016 engine that I will be putting up for sale. Has a total of 2,800 miles, with 2,000 of those being easy street break-in before the build. 12 conservative quarter mile passes at this point with times in the 9.80s at 144+ mph. Two half mile runs at 170+ mph. Very nicely mannered street motor that is as strong and tight as new with no issues. $10k complete. I haven’t advertised this as we are not quite there yet but should be in 4 to 5 weeks. Might be a good deal depending on the cost you are looking at to fix or replace yours and what you ultimately want performance wise. Just the build on one like this will be $8k by the time you add everything up (the tune is included). Again... sorry this happened. As previously said.... tuning is everything so whichever way you go in getting yours fixed I would recommend using one of the recognized tuners that are available here on this forum. Good luck!
I will def keep this in mind. That could be a real game changer for me and may actually be cheaper than what I am facing. Idk how to PM someone on here but I would def be interested. Where are you located?

I honestly think that tune was your issue and he had the settings of the tune set for 100+ octane gas. By mixing just a couple of gallons with 93 I'm sure you were below 100 octane rating which resulted in your problems. I've never heard of a SAFE tune being able to use 93 octane or race gas...it'd have to be dialed down to be safe for 93 octane...but when you throw in 100+ on that tune you aren't gaining any power, hence the need for two seperate tunes.

I highly doubt he gave you a "flex tune" that would automatically adapt to 93 or 100+ octane gas or he would have told you that.

First sign of trouble was the P0300 code. Remove all spark plugs and check. Guaranteed you'll find the one or more bad cylinders. If you can afford a cheap borescope check the bores.
If any plugs are missing the tips your gonna need pistons at the very least. Do not run that engine any more!!
Roger that, I will pull the plugs once I fig out how lol and check them all out. Thanks for the advice.

When the problem occurred were you using the 93 tune or race Gas tune?
Is your Race Gas tune MS109 or Q16?
I was using the last revision tune I recieved after submitting some data logs. I was told, here try this one, I added one degree of timing. I then asked where the race gas tune was and I was told that the tune could be used for either. I assume then that this was a 93 tune that he was claiming could be used for both, i asked can this be used for both and his response was, yes it can. The race gas I have is ms109.

Sorry to hear man. Very horrible feeling to hear your car letting go and know something is messed up with it.

There has already been good information given to you by other members at this point so I won’t go over it all.

My only constructive criticism and I hope you learn from this, do not modify your daily driver. I did that with my 04 cobra in college and I was borrowing my girlfriends Elantra for 6 months and if I couldn’t use her car I was bumming rides. It sucked!

My onmy other comment is just calm down and get your plan in order for your hellcat. Don’t rush, damage is done, and you tying to get this done ASAP is gonna cost you and also make mistakes.

Take it to Gearhead Fabrications, your car will be amazing when it’s done, it will not leave the shop without being a functional working beast.
GearheadFabrications

Im in West palm beach and they did my very complex build and there shop has done some unbelievable rides.

Mario is the owner and 85 miles is nothing to cover to check in on your car and see what’s happening.

Good luck man, I have spare parts also, I have a spare stock supercharger I could sell if you need it, I have a set of stock hellcat cylinder heads that are ported and polished by thitek if you need a set of heads, and I got some other spare stuff if needed.

Good luck man

Roger that, which is exactly how I understood it. I coudl always ask him again and see what he says. His response after I informed him of the P0300 was to quote that it was a random misfire and I should check my plugs. So from his response I couldn’t tel if he thinks anything could have gone wrong with the tune. I know this, he hasn’t asked a single question since this happened, as far as customer service skills, he has none. I should have taken note when I realized all his responses were short and almost never answered my questions but I figured he was a busy guy and probably knows what he’s doing.

I don't have anything to add that that hasn't already been said. Just hoping that it turns out to be the best case scenario for you given what we know.

So cool that folks are stepping up with offers of parts and even entire engines in order to help you out / give you options. Love this forum.

Agreed, thats why I made the decision to bring it here. I knew in my gut most people here get it and are good people. Anyone can monday morning quarteback someone else or judge them, only certain people hear of someones misfortune and go into help mode instead of tear down mode. Thanks to all the constructive responses it is greatly appreciated and has helped me already with things to watch for and ways to go forward. I am intrigued as well by the offers to help with getting replacement parts etc, that may well become my saving grace. Thanks everybody!

This doesn't sound right at all and also combined with your stock injectors you had to be on the bleeding edge. You also mentioned he only had 16 of the 24 parameters he wanted. Can you post some logs or even the tune file? I'm sure someone here can tell you what went wrong.
