Hellcat was finally built and ready to ship but it just hit KZLD status. I’m able to pull my window sticker but how long can this status last? Ordered the car back on august 30th and I’m getting impatient lol.

Mine sat in KZLD for 16 days. KZLD means long delay. Its sitting at Hansen releasing lot a few miles away from the plant waiting for a truck or rail car. There is nothing you can do.

Consider yourself lucky it's out of the plant before the shutdown though!

Here is the problem which i know first hand by speaking with these guys. Its sitting in these yards (hansen) is they have no truck drivers to load the cars onto the trucks and then drive them to where ever they need to go !! I was lucky and since im close to Hansen's yard my dealer arranged couple of guys to personally get it out of there !! Other wise it would still be sitting in there !!
Problem is now after Jan 1st all truckers crossing the boarder have to be vaccinated ( which is Bullshite to me ) and they say over 15% truckers are going to park there trucks !!! Do you see where this is possible going???

I just spoke to srt this morning and they told me it has been shipped and to allow two weeks for the car to arrive. I asked if it was still delayed in transit and she confirmed that it has been loaded and shipped but obviously I can’t confirm with my dealer since it’s Christmas Eve. Hoping she’s right

Yeah you’re good now. The SRT people have the oldest info and are always the last to get it. So it probably shipped a while ago. Congrats man. Merry Christmas.

Ordered the vehicle August 27, 2021. Fairly aggravating that one has to wait till the following calendar / model year to get a vehicle that was built in plenty of time to be delivered before the end of its calendar / model year.

Mine was delivered on the 4th of this month. Ordered august 30th. Mine was in kzld for two weeks roughly.

I’m in michigan so luckily when mine shipped it was here the next day. Shipped Monday and arrived Tuesday

Have talked to the SRT information center dozens of times. They have escalated my case a half a dozen times… Have yet to get a call back from whatever department it is that handles the shipping delay information, up to this point all they’ve done up to this point is congratulate me on my purchase and then apologize that they can’t get it to me…

They’re useless and have delayed info. Only one who will have the most up to date will be your dealer truthfully. My dealer always had more accurate information than srt. Hopefully it comes in soon

You understand your "escalated" case means they just say the word escalated and it doesn't really mean they move your case any higher in the que or they give it any more attention than it had before you called right? That's like call center customer service day one stuff
