Nice. What's that set you back for the product and install? Looking into this myself.

Do you have to have it installed or can you DYI (does it come with instructions)?

 

I have not seen a lot of ways to DIY it. The install usually runs about $1200 or so by their licensed installer/dealers. If he comes just to me of course it will cost a bit more.

Who would know if the IGLA security system is compatible with the Compustar Pro system I already have onboard ?

 

I installed the IGLA here in Florida within a couple weeks of purchase. It was 1200 plus tax and has worked wonderfully. The peace of mind is worth it.

I just found mine by searching HC groups on FB for IGLA. I think there is an IGLA installer group info on FB also.

 

Jon is the installer from Socal and came to Phoenix about a month ago and did my wife’s DDHC and some TRXs. He is great and install is professional and you won’t even know it is done. Highly recommend it as peace of mind is worth the money.

Does the IGLA prevent someone from jamming the tranny in neutral (I believe this can be done with a screwdriver adjacent to the shifter) and then pushing the car or towing the car?

Hey all. So I’ve decided to give the IGLA a go on my new HC. It was that or Revelco but I like the option of keeping my remote start active. Finding an installer in LV wasn’t easy. The closest one is in SoCal. I have talked to him a bunch and am working on a date and time to get him here to do an install. If anybody is is LV and wanting to get IGLA done lmk and we’ll get a date worked out. He usually comes here on weekends when he gets a few lined up. There’s a good chance we can get it done this month if needed.
