Technically they can make a 2021 Hellcat in January of 2022. I had a limited production car built in early January 2017 and delivered to me January 26 2017 and it was a 2016 car. Deliveries took place as late as March 2017
As far as I am aware the 2021 order banks have closed.
Somebody posted they ordered a 21 Cat last week.
And another post from a week ago says that 22 production will now start on Jan 27 (Donlen still showing Dec 27). So either way, they look to building 21's at least another 6-8 weeks.

I placed an order with Jake @ Dan Cummins today for a Hellcat Redeye. They’re still taking 2021 orders.
The best info I have is that the order banks for the 2022s start sometime in November. It was pushed back, likely because of the chip shortage. I do not know the exact start date, but the stop date for the 2021s has either eclipsed or will very soon.

I’m in Ontario Canada. Dealers marking up Challenger Hellcat Redeyes nation wide for 10K + CDN on MSRP.
Snagged a regular body 2021 hellcat challenger base model for 6K mark up cancelled order. Called dealers nation wide in Canada. Guys on the east coast said they would order me one no lead time. 2 dealers in Ontario told me SRT Brampton plant is closed 1 said expected to start production late October ( ANYONE KNOW ANYBODY AT BRAMPTON ONTARIO PLANT?) both those dealers told me HELLCAT CHALLENGER might be dead for 2022. A 3rd dealer told me they could order me a 2021 and would bounce into a 2022. Go to “2021 Canadian orders” thread and confirmed a person who ordered a 2021 not 2 weeks ago already got a call about it being canceled. Could 2021 be the last year of the Challenger HELLCAT???

It is a terrible situation regarding the Canada market. Not sure why you guys get hassled like this trying to get a car although I believe you eventually will.
But, Brampton is up and running.
2021 production going on now and 2022 will probably start December January time frame.
The 2022 lineup is already confirmed and is the same as last year basically unchanged.
Don't know about the 2021 to 2022 conversions, I've seen that posted as happening in Canada but have never seen posted where it has happened on a US order.
No way 2021 is the last year for Hellcat, they might end up making more in 2022. Go to Stellantis media and you can see the press release and the 2022 specs. Nadaguides.com even has the options and prices so it's gonna happen.

Please send the links of which you talk about. I have been trying to follow the stellantis site but haven’t seen any mention. All I’ve read is official talks about the upgraded security system and rumours about a Giulia platform srt.
2021 release "facts" also said M6 was standard equipment in non redeye hellcats. Just because it's written there doesn't mean it's going to happen in this state of the auto industry.
The Giulia was years ago when Sergio was alive and different parent company so forget that now.

There's a new Stinger Yellow and SRT Black Package not mentioned in the press releases but they will be available.

No, MY2022 won't be cancelled, Brampton will finish their MY2021 queue sometime this year and who knows maybe even through Q1 2022, it's a matter of time before we hear that no more MY2021 orders will be accepted and then there'll be a black period where nobody will be able to order anything before order banks are opened for MY2022, when? at this point only Stellantis knows (and I even would challenge that...!)

Now as far as that black package... I can see myself ordering those badges as soon as:
- I get my Octane Red HC REWB
- They start selling them in the aftermarket
