First of all it seems that both RobM and I were calling Mickey Thompson for info, great minds think alike:D That being said I wanted to get y'all the info in the proper forum for easier searching

I just got off the phone with M/T(1/28/15) and and in late May they SHOULD have 275/40/20 ET II street radials which WILL work on the stock 9.5 rim and the gentleman said it has additional stiffening in the sidewall over the 305/35/20 ET II. Next I asked about wheels as their only one in 20" has a 24mm offset and he said they sent wheels to someones Hellcat to test and see if they fit. I will call them in March for any update if the website doesn't show anything. He also stated they are coming out with a 335/25/20 ET II with same as aforementioned.

I just called MT and they said they sent the wheels back out a couple weeks ago and are waiting for the results. They do have a 305/35-20 ET ll that should work on the stock wheels. I believe someone on here has already installed them with little or no rubbing issues. The 10.48 run was on 275 Nitto's but I think that was some serious VHT down for the first 330'!!!! That won't happen at most local tracks!

I agree that the 305/35/20 went on a car with stock wheels BUT the M/T site shows they require 10-12 inch wide wheels. Boatracer in this thread never mounted the wheels M/T sent because no car which is why we need MT to send the wheels to someone with a car and mines in BX purgatory.

Why would you want " additional stiffening" ? You need the sidewall to work as much as possible to help plant the tire.

I'm thinkin the 305s are the way to go on 11" rims

Stiffening for those who would drive on the street. I will take mine with me and mount them at the track so the 305's sound better but need a driveshaft first.

I am the guy that received the 2 wheels from MT that Boatracer sent back to MT. It is one front and one rear. I do not have time at the moment to test fit them. If someone is ready to try them, I can send them to you. I just need to let MT know. I think the Nitto 555R 305/35r/20 on the stock HC rim is the best option right now. The top end MPH spec is limited however I am after a hard sprint i.e. 60' and 1/4 mile et. Top end only in the upper 120's.
