Hmm....checked the system ground yet? Sometimes when the system ground is loose or corroded you can get these weird nuisance faults that seem to be all over the car.
Next, what's the battery state? Same question....sometimes when the battery is marginal or dips too low when cranking lots of electronics can wake up grumpy.
