I am having plate commitment issues. I fill out the form and get ready to go into the DMV and then I change my mind. I will probably wait till it gets here now and drive it before deciding.

awesome, I'm in Texas too and I never had a custom plate before. How does it work? So I take it you don't need the car to order a plate? I presume you just put those plates on at the dealer and that is what the dealer uses when they the final paper work? I'm new to this stuff so any insight from anyone would be very appreciated.

I have my new personalized plates on another car right now, so you don't really need the Hellcat to get them. I will just transfer the plates to the Hellcat.

not right now but northern texas gets snow about every year. Here in Houston we get a dusting every couple years that is gone by 9am (but that's awesome b/c the entire city shuts down so its a free day off lol)

yea just order your plates then when you go pick em up at your local tax office tell em your car that your using them for
never came in yet so they will just give you the plates then when you pick up your hellcat bring the plates with you to the
dealer so they can register the car to those plates pretty simple actually .
also im in houston too what dealer you place your order with because i placed my order with a dealer in forth worth because all
the dealers here were pretty greedy and wanted $10k over or they had no more orders

I found 3 that were selling at MSRP. Ron Carter in league city (that's where I ordered from). The dodge dealer in tomball and the one on 45N near the beltway....I think that name was Mac Haik or something. I'm on my phone so not totally sure. I called or visited about 15 dealers and those were the only 3 found so far that weren't going with a markup
