FYI. Just pre-emptively ordered a Legmaker intake in anticipation of my 2022 Charger Hellcat build and EVENTUAL delivery. Like everything else these days I was anticipating a long wait so wanted to get the jump on it. Boy was I surprised when 2 hours later I got an email stating my intake was already in shipping! So, for those of you out there who are looking into intakes from; JLT, Bwoody, K&N, AFE, etc, and they are back-ordered...well Legmaker has em ready to go!
Note: One reason, amongst a few others, I went with the LMI is that they indicated the intake was designed for the newer Chargers taking into account the new redeye hood, for what it's worth. Bwoody was unable to fully confirm fitment claims for 2021-22 chargers, although they said it would be fine. I've also seen a few vids on youtube where the JLT box didn't quite sit right with the hood and those folks were having to remove the bezel under the hood.

Great experience and received lighting response back from Chris

Did you order the lmi redeye version? I’m trying to see if there is a difference between the lmi redeye version and non redeye version. From the picture it looks the same except the redeye version doesn’t come with the shield cover.

Yes. I ordered the redeye version. My understanding is that it is slightly different in that it is shaped to attempt to take advantage of the ram air ducting from the hood scoop. I believe that would explain why there is no shield as well as that would block that air.
