I have been waiting on my 22 Charger HC WB for 5 months now. Just got the text today that I have entered the production queue. Do you think this improves my chances of the order not being cancelled?

I literally got an email from the dealership yesterday saying the outlook of the car getting built didn't look good.

I literally got an email from the dealership yesterday saying the outlook of the car getting built didn't look good.

Its definitely good news and lowers the chances of being cancelled. From my understanding, they are building 22's until December 10th unless they experience more parts shortages. That's enough time for them to build another 20,000+ Chargers and Challengers.

Mine didn't get built until the second week of November last year, I had it home after Thanksgiving. Once it got in line mine went fast thankfully, including shipping

Build date says 11/18. I wonder what date they will stop producing 22's.

I ordered mine on April 1, 2022. It just got built this week. I'm currently at JB status (Upfitter - I ordered Hood Pins). So, try and be patient. I think they are getting them done.

Oh the old days. Certainly didn't pay that ridiculous ADM that's going on today.

1/13/18 ordered 2018 Challenger Hellcat, octane red, A8 and black and demonic red interior .
1/18/18-got vin and D1 status
2/6/18-paint
2/13/18-upfitter
2/21/18- loaded on train
3/6/18--arrived

ordered my 22 Redeye Challenger WB from Koons in Feb, just got notice the estimated ship date is 11/19…
wonder how long it takes to get to the dealer? It’s 5 hours away so I need to plan my trip!

I'd wait until the car is built before I got too carried away. Not trying to be pessimistic, but production has been unpredictable to say least. In terms of build completion to landing on the lot, that can range from a couple of weeks to over 2 months. I've seen many cases on both sides of the spectrum. It sucks, but you likely won't know for certain until things actually take place.

The build week has come and I heard there's a part shortage and halting production until December 5th. Talk about bad luck

That seems just absolutely wild to me. I ordered 23AUG, loaded regular 22 Redeye minus the 3.09s and sunroof. Delivered 5NOV. Picked up 12NOV.

NB redeyes were being built fast
mine is finally built and ok’d with a ship date of Dec 19,
Only took 10 months lol
