I am considering doing the ZL1 body kit on my SS. I would love to do carbon fiber but just can’t justify the money. It seems most members are happy with ZL1 products. One question. Seems like I have read that the front splitter extension bolts that mount to the bumper are no good. The bumper will warp. I can’t find anything that tells me if the ZL1 bolts actually mount to the bumper frame or something sturdy so that no warping occurs. Anyone have any answers or experience here. Is there another front splitter extension and bolts you would recommend? I plan to do the Wicker Bill and the deluxe splash/rock guards if I can ever find any or if they finally come back in stock. I also plan to PPE the entire car as well. Any help or suggestions from those who have went this route would be appreciated.

I am adding Rokblokz Splash guards along with the ZL1 side skirts to my Super Stock. Check out Rokblokz before you pull the trigger on the ZL1 splash guards. I am adding the side skirts just for additional protection for the fenders. I have a friend with a WB Hellcat and he said the side skirts really help with keeping down the rock chips on the flares. Not a fan of adding to the front or rear of the car but that is your choice. My side skirts are out for delivery today, so I should have everything installed by next week.

i have the front splitter. they bolt to the stronger inner structure of the factory splitter. no warping. id be more concerned with the side skirts warping over time but mine haven't yet either.

My side skirts and front splitter are still straight after a couple years.....
I am starting to fall out of love with the side skirts because they collect rocks that stick to my Mickeys when I drive through parking lots.

I haven't made my mind up yet. I got a cam change and a converter first. Then I will address if I change.
