New here and pretty much new to everything. Haven’t bought a new car in years. Really wanted a Challenger HCWB with M6. As it seems like the M6 isn’t likely to come back, I’m leaning towards a WB Charger now.
Anyone know of a solid dealer in my area to order from below MSRP, or am I better off looking out of state (Koons, Chapman)?
I have been reading the Purchasing Threads but any buying tips are welcome!
Thanks!

I tried last summer, dupage dodge was going to give me $3k off sticker + rebate but not price protected on an order. Not a great deal but better than sticker or ADM. Don't know what they're doing now.
I went to Dan Cummins. Wish I had found them when the $4k rebate was still in effect.

You recommend Dan Cummins then?

I wouldn't go that far. I've never bought from them but tried a couple times. I have bought a couple from Zeigler in Schaumburg, Jeep and 2 Dodges.
Nobody local has been anywhere close to the forum deals.
Jake is the best. His communication is hobbled by the fact that hes one person. I was there buying mine and his cell phone was ringing NON STOP with people looking for status, and ordering and do on. He checked every call but sent them all to VM when he was sitting there with me. I told him he could answer the phone while we were chatting and finishing paperwork, and he said no thats disrespectful, you have my full attention. Talk about a stand up guy. I told his boss he needs an assistant and they agreed and were working on it. So to all the people that say his communication is terrible, I would bet you $1m dollars you couldnt do better without help. His phone literally rang 25 times in the 30 minutes we sat together to get the pre-paperwork signed before I went into finance.

I reached out to Koons and Cummins and Koons replied first and I put in my order. Jake at Cummins reached out to me the following day but it was too late. I wouldn’t have hesitated to order through him because he probably has the best reputation on this forum. In your case he’s your best bet for convenience of location. Hard to reach but be persistent and well worth the money you’re going to save and the attention you’ll get from Jake.

Thanks! Sounds like a winner. How is best to reach Jake, phone or email?
