I know I saw a few people post that they were from Louisiana and ordered Hellcats, but I have not seen any of those people lately, lol. I also know when I asked RS about LA a couple weeks ago, they were 4 built and 17 in D1 (mine included). Did those people get theirs? Are they just avoiding the forums until they get theirs? Mine is built now, and should be getting sent out soon, so I was just curious if other people in Louisiana already got theirs or what.

Good luck with Charger! Not sure when allocations start for it, but hopefully it goes smoother with the issues the Challenger has had and been resolved.

We're here!!! Chris Salter from Baton Rouge. I received a VIN number for mine just last week. B5 Blue with Brass Monkey wheels. Just sold my SRT8 Jeep last month and I am feeling the need for speed. 17 on order for LA not as many as I thought.

Welcome Chris! You order a challenger or charger? From Ralph Sellers by chance? That's where I picked mine up last week. B5 was the color I wanted, but my pearl looks great and I love it.

They are good people over there. It took a while for mine to come in because of all of the satin black hood issues. My order went in on Sept 9th, and if I had not ordered the black hood, I would have probably got it around Thanksgiving. Received on 1/15/15. So, I probably held up your order, sorry about that.

Chris Salter If you get yours in time, do you think you will sign up for the SRT Track day at MSR Houston? That looked like the closest one to here. It's April 24th-26th. I signed up for the 26th.

Yeah. I only know a few other Hellcat owners in Louisiana (apparently one of the New Orleans Pelican's players has a white one that he brought to a body shop that I almost used) and then another white one by another forum user (White Trash ). But according to the list ResumeSpeed posted on the 12th, there were 27 built for Louisiana (not sure how many were actually delivered yet).

There was a red one too that went to Southland Dodge, but I think the owner kept that one (it was ordered in his name, and they had it on the showroom for a few weeks).

Would be nice to see some more Louisiana people at that SRT event.

I have seen the white HC around town.
He paid 85K from Premier Dodge in a auction.
They had over 40 people bid but they wanted Cash in hand no Finace on day of bid.

I got my sublime green Hell Cat from Sterling Dodge. I was the first to get one from the dealership and I got a discount on mine. I live in Lafayette and know of a black Hell Cat in town, but I haven't met the owner. His Hell Cat was at the same body shop as mine (Acadiana Dodge) getting fixed from hitting a dog.

Awesome! welcome to the owner's club : ) I haven't driven mine out to Lafayette yet, but if I see a sublime one I will wave, haha.

It's great to have some fellow CAJUNS on the forum. I do not have my Hellcat yet (mid March) so I am jealous of the fun you are having!!
I have been trying to decide which rear tires would be best for the south Louisiana weather. Street Drag Radials are not good in the rain but a sticky summer tire is not sticky enough. I am thinking of the Street Drag Radials and just drive very careful when we get those summer pop up showers.

The red Challenger from Southland Dodge went to the customer that bought the first new Challenger they sold. I'm patiently waiting on my pearl white Charger that shows a ship date of 3/5/15.
