Agreed, black on black look fits the Challengers mean look perfectly IMO.
I agree. I had originally ordered billet silver but changed it the next day. I still like the silver but my wife and I agreed the black fit our personality better.

I had asked a fellow Trooper to come to the dealership to pick up something for work (I'm on days off) and he spotted my hellcat on the truck while on the way there. He followed it all the way in. Which I'm sure freaked out the semi driver. Especially another one of my partners fell in behind the first one. Ha ha!!

The dealership went nuts when it got there. They announced my name over the intercom and that my Hellcat had arrived. Everyone in the dealership, workers and customers, came outside to watch it come off the truck.

The dealership has one mechanic thar is Viper certified so he was the one tasked to do the PDI. He's a great guy and heard that he is as COD as I am. When I asked if I could ride with him for the PDI drive he said "it's your car, you can drive it and I'll ride."

I had the dealership install the splash guards, splitter guards, black lug nuts and the billet emergency break pad at delivery.

After delivery the wife and I of course showed it off to both set of parents, my brother in law (a fellow car lover) and a couple more of my partners. We then left for Dallas for a two day mini getaway. The big D is around 215 miles from home so by the time we get back the break in period will be complete.

That first 100 miles at 55 mph was a grueling endeavor but I want to break it properly. Will update more later, I got some driving and drooling to do.

The originally plan was for the service manager and I to go get the car from the rail yard. But we kept waiting for the word of it being unloaded from the rail car. Well on the 3rd call to the rail yard they advised that they went ahead and put it on a truck and it was on it's way.

This thing is a BEAST!!!!! Can't wait until I or WE, the wife drove a little last night, finish the break in period.
