I just accept it and don't second guess it, you have some nice cars also. Somebody will always have more or one faster or bigger...........
Those are the same ones I used. They are from Lift Master and say battery back up on the covers.

10' should be plenty unless you have a van. I have 12' only because I had to drop the garage floor with the build per the city. Now I have a couple steps from the garage into the house. I did not want the space to go to waste

I was going to trade in the 08 for the 14 to keep the collection small. But she said I would regret it because Carroll signed my passenger visor and a matching diecast car. I always do what the wife says.

I have 70" to the ceiling so I guess about 60" to the door. But the door doesn't run along the ceiling as far as it did before the conversion. I also can back the car onto the lift if I need more clearance. I will have to play when the lift gets here. I will post pics so you can see.
