I was thinking about doing this with my indigo blue charger. So if anyone has done that before let me see how it looks lol I love the matte look and if the color shift and flakes still come through I'm all about it then.
The flakes and color shift will show through the wrap for sure. The PPF is see-thru; the finish is just different. I was very surprised at how much the flake comes through. Going to probably get a vinyl wrap done for the wife’s Durango in either a satin white or satin blue.

I feel like I got ripped off now as I paid 7k LOL… But, both installers in the area were the same so what are you gonna do? I didn’t realize you had already done the wrap and looking for feedback on looks OP. My bad… I thought you were asking thoughts on the matte look.

I think the truck looks great! I’ve always liked the satin/matte colors, especially black, and I don’t think it looks like primer(that’s more flat). Matte and satin both have higher sheen than flat so reflects more light(satin more than matte of course). I decided to wrap the mirrors since literally all other black was a matte/satin on the vehicle besides the mirror caps and door pillars(had them both matte’d).
