So I finally sat in the passenger seat of my DDHC and looked up at the rearview mirror and saw this. I'm not sure what the part is and I looked all over to see if a mystery cover was on the floor. I assume something is missing. Not sure my dealer will agree that it came from factory like that but we'll see. I can't seem to find a diagram for this part either.

Tell the dealer you noticed something seems to be missing and tell them to take care of it. Should be a simple $10 plastic cover. Either mirror or rain sensor cover.

Did the dealer replace the whole thing or just the cover?

Update, it is a Humidity sensor cover. A $9 part. It would cost more gas to go to the dealer than buy it myself, LOL
