Mixing E85 and 93oct

I was just wondering if it was possible to run a couple of gallons of E85 to a full tank of 93oct? I am running the Deatchworks 1000's that are E85 compatible but how about the rest of the hellcat fuel system,is it capable of running E85?

Has anyone done this on a canned Diablosport tune on an otherwise stock car? This would seem perfect for Diablosport's 93 octane tune which is known to actually retard timing since most 93 octane gas isn't up to snuff.
