Mixing E85 and 93oct

I was just wondering if it was possible to run a couple of gallons of E85 to a full tank of 93oct? I am running the Deatchworks 1000's that are E85 compatible but how about the rest of the hellcat fuel system,is it capable of running E85?

3 gallons on a full tank of fuel. that is fine. 15.5 at E10 3.0 at E85. I do not have a calculator in front of me. But it would be very low. Our cars from the factory are tuned for E15. 13.85 stoic instead of 14.10 which is E10.
