Know the title reads weird but are there any worthwhile power mods to do when you only have 91 in your area? Ideally I’d want to keep light, pulleys & a tune.

Not too knowledge about on power mods for SC cars, came from the turbo Subaru scene. Easy castles exhaust, tune + E85 ‘til the headgaskets go.

Most of what I see for these cars are for those with 93 or e85 access. Thanks for the help

Should be no reason why you can't do a pulley and tune on your car. The tuner just needs to be a bit more conservative than they would on 93 and you would probably want to stick with a more conservative pulley but you'll still see solid gains still.
