How does this not void the warranty because I thought any modification voided the warranty. I wanted to install a set of 3.09 gears in our '21 Hellcat and they told me they could, but they wouldn't be covered under the warranty because it was not the original part.

The 3.09 is available on Mopar.com as a (like for like) repair part. The Pre-Stage, Stage 1, and Stage 2 kits were designed, tested, and approved by Dodge specifically for the 2019+ Redeye. I'm sure someone will use some or all of these Mopar performance upgrades on pre-2019 and regular Hellcats--which I expect will void the warranty.

My question: Is "high octane mode" 93 or 100 race gas? There is no mention of E85. It does say HP will be 838 when not in high octane mode--I assume this means standard 91 pump gas.

just because you can buy it from Mopar/Direct Connection doesn't mean it won't void your warranty. You would want to see that in the docs.

This is pure conjecture on my part, but the timing of this product release suggests to me that this is a way to keep the Redeye(s) competitive/desirable in light of the upcoming Z06.

Would be nice if we could get concrete verification in writing that these mods will not void warranty, maybe @DodgeCares could chime in, if so I'd definitely be in but that's a Big if.

(I'll make a new post relaying what I witnessed at my dodge dealership a couple of weeks ago about a modded cars warranty so as not to highjack this thread.)
