I'm just back home from driving my '22 Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody in Hellraisin aka "Plumcat" back from Ky to Texas. I thought it might be worthwhile to share my experience with Dan Cummins in Paris, Ky. seeing as how many are still wanting to order a car for 2023.
I began the process back in February with Jake. I ordered the car over the phone, put down a $1.000.00 deposit and the wait began. Subsequent to that event, Jake exited Cummins and I would be less than truthful if I were to say that I didn't experience just a bit of trepidation at his departure.
I was worried that the deal I had struck with Jake would go completely awry, or might be revised to my detriment.
Nothing could be further from the truth. Joel called me two days after Jake's departure to confirm the terms and conditions of my deal. We discussed some other assurances that were provided me and those proved to be no issue at all.
Joel was very helpful as was the entire staff at Dan Cummins. My car was prepped to my specifications, they paid for my Uber from the airport to the dealership, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Joel paired my phone for me, sent me the UConnect info prior to my departure from Houston and even downloaded my driving directions home on my app.
There were times during the entire process when I felt the car wouldn't be built at all, but some gentle persistent pushing with Dodge got me and the car over the finish line.
I left the dealership with a full tank of gas and a smile on my face and had a wonderful drive home though some beautiful parts of this great country.
Now I realize everyone has their own story to relate, but this is mine and I'm here to say that my experience at this dealership was nothing short of stellar from start (Jake) to finish (with Joel).
Also, I was a cash buyer and honestly, Dan Cummins has the better deal if you're paying cash. Better than those other guys up the road. I did the math and the numbers didn't lie, forgetting the great service I received from both Jake an Joel at Dan Cummins.
