My Challenger Hellcat has been released and sitting in the rail yard in Mechanicville NY for 1 week without being picked up and delivered to my dealer which is only 2 hours away in Springfield Vermont. Called the dealer a number of times, been told that they have contacted the district manger to expedite delivery. Called SRT, no help and will not get involved until the car has been sitting for 3 weeks!! Does anyone have any ideas or contacts for me to call or email? Very frustrating knowing the car is 2 hours away. Thanks

I had you beat...mine was at rail yard for over 2 weeks and it was 50 minutes from my dealer!! It's not uncommon, so I wouldn't worry:)

I have both beat,, mine, and hcdc, and Tammie were at the storage yard almost two months.. and my dealer is 4 miles away, and my house is less then ten mins away. Called everyone, never got a clear answer as to why it sat so long.....

I feel your pain. Mine arrived at the railyard on 12/29/14 80 miles from my dealer but Chrysler decided to change trucking companies at the end of the year so it didn't get delivered until 1/8/15! I too, had my dealer call everyone and I even offered to pay the dealer to send a flatbed truck to pick it up all to no avail. In the meantime, SRT was showing it was going to be shipped from the railyard in MD up to Angola, NY, 450 miles NORTH of the railyard even though my dealer was 80 miles SOUTH! It all finally worked out and as myself and others have said numerous times, all the headaches and frustration with waiting on your car disappears the moment you first fire it up. Hang in there!

Mark, I can only say that I feel your pain. I went through the same BS, it took 12 days to get my car the final 58 miles from the rail yard dirt and grime, to the Dealer. I never did get any satisfactory explanation for the delay.

Same thing happened to me. Car was sitting in Angola, NY yard and was six hours from dealer. Nobody could tell me squat.

It was waiting for an inspection by Fenkel. Once the inspection was done the car was released and delivered ahead of the projected schedule 2/27 rather than 3/2. You are close! Hang in there. They won't even know it is ready until after it moves!
