i have combined all four wheels pictures in one.
In first row, From left to right is "Rear-Right and Front-Right"
2nd row, From left to right is "Rear-Left and Front Left"

now could it be brake dust on the front wheels, i tried cleaning yet there is a slight color difference that eye can catch in the Rear Right wheel. what do you all t

Update as of 04-27-2015: My dealer was awesome!!! they looked at it, and now im getting replacement all 4 Brass Monkey wheels for Charger HellCat.. I call it good customer service! Just when I was missing BMW customer service, Dodge matched it....

Front right looks less brass-colored to me.

The right rear (in upper left hand picture) is lighter than the other three. (I don't think brass monkey wheels look particularly brassy, in any case, more like pewter! But that one wheel in your case does look more bright and less like the pewter look of the other three.)

The upper middle portion of the lower centre most wheel leaning more top-wise appears to be rounder than the others.

I would have the rear wheels installed in the front and the brake dust will take care of the rest...lol.

I had this issue with other oem wheels before, and unless its horribly noticeable, they probably won't do anything for you. The other issue is, if they do try to replace one wheel, who knows if it will match the others or not....

The brass monkey wheels all have different shades to them.. and they are not even close to most of the preproduction cars..

As others have said, right rear is several shades lighter. Different production runs of the wheel? Take it back to the Dealer and see what they say. Update us please. I have BM coming in and I would not be happy. Hoping for the lighter wheels . (all 4) LOL

Don't think they'll match? Mine do seem to be darker and less bronze/gold than other I see people have.

If the replacements don't match have them get two more or a set of four. WTF... You paid 70K for the car and $400 extra for wheel paint that doesn't match. I don't think so!

Looks like there's something wrong with all four brake rotors. There are gouges in them. Oddly enough, it looks like a pattern. Strange. You should have them looked at. Never seen a Dodge sedan with brakes like that.
