Hi Everyone,

With the September Hellcat production stoppage in Brampton, do you think that late MY22 Jailbreak allocation builds could get punted into MY23?. Does anyone have a story from MY21 being punted into MY22 for a jailbreak? (I have an August 2022 Production code on my POC).

If that MY substitution does happen, will the dealer honor the original pricing? Anyone here have an experience with this?

Nope! It won’t be like that…

Maybe because MY22 you can order a JB they may be able to clone your current order as a MY23, pricing and any incentives won’t be honored (not from Stellantis at least) and IF they have available every single option for 23 that you ordered fro 22 then worst case you’ll end up paying MY23 pricing but no guarantee of when and IF it’ll be built…

Better pray for yours to be built this year…

a 22 order must be canceled and a 23 ordered…they can’t just be swapped

I dont see that happening simply because all 2023’s will be sold by allocation only and your dealer may not have any. Apparently allocations will be predetermined.

I dont see that happening simply because all 2023’s will be sold by allocation only and your dealer may not have any. Apparently allocations will be predetermined.
You may be right when it comes to non allocated 2022 orders but how about allocated 22 Jailbreak orders? I can see those being moved to 2023 if they are unable to complete all 22 allocations by end of year. Especially those that are coded as guaranteed schedule.

OP and I both have D status 22 Jailbreak orders with August build codes. We're obviously hoping for the best.

Thing is the allocations are going to be distributed differently in ‘23. I think the volume dealers will get the majority of allocations. Your dealer may or may not have any for ‘23.

Hi ,new to forums. I did a 2022 Jalibreak configuring today. I have a high allocation dealer contact that expects 2023 ordering to begin in October. I am first in. Waiting for Sub Lime. Hopefully I will be able to get red seatbelts with the red/maroon leather seats. In 2022 this is a no go for some crazy reason.

Dealer can do the on screen price protection at the time of ordering IF they want to or requested by the customer.
My salesman did this on my SS order.
SS MSRP has risen twice since I ordered mine.
