I don't think those are OEM. The Lower models had some like that but had small "cross members" in between the spokes kind of near the lug nuts. I may be wrong. @Slidd may know

I think they're oem for a lower badge.

are you sure they're the same? The shade looks entirely different and the ones you pictured have a convex dip in the lug area where the ones I pictured above seem completely flat and sort of dull like rattle canned?

This is exactly what I thought they came on, thanks for the picture to refer to! I saw the SRT center caps on the listing above and thought they traded with cash someone who had a TA hence the post but I found I am wrong, and that they did offer these wheels on Hellcat trim. TIL!

This wheels pictured in the OP are OEM forged brass monkey wheels. I think they were only available for 18-19 year hellcats as an option I was going to buy them from local dodge dealer but went with reproductions instead. When I sold my car to vroom I sold it with the demon replica wheels and sold my OEM slingshots separately since they were worth more lol.

Those were the OEM Brass Monkey 20x9.5" optional wheels on the 2019+ (non widebody) cars
You could get them on the Scat Pack too
