I could drive a stick before I could even drive a car. I used to go to the mall and "drive" cars that were on display in the mall, doing the brakes and gas and clutch until I was pretty well practiced.

I was loaned a small manual car and took it out and drove it around the neighborhood (after getting my license, on an automatic) with downshifts and everything, like I'd been doing it for years, which I had, just without ignition and motion. It was interesting how the whole thing was so familiar. I even cornered so hard I'm pretty sure the inside rear tire came off the ground at one point, like others of its type. Never underestimate the fun of very light and nimble little cars.

Driving a stick has, since I was not even old enough to drive, been second-nature to me.

I call BS. Nobody that drives a manual car would Valet their car  They care to much about their car to let some random Jack-A drive their car and funk it up.

It came off the internet so it must be true.

Precisely my thinking as well.
I can confirm I still have two functioning legs and feet. Therefore I drive a manual.

I had no idea you had a stick car, why am I just now finding this out?

I specifically looked for a manual when I bought my car. It was a needle in a hay stack back then and still is. I think the people that get bored with their cars drive autos. Yes they maybe faster in certain applications but they're the most boring to drive.

couldn't agree more! the ones I keep seeing for sale with the Manual are low miles but seem poorly taken care of. I will wait to find a gem.

Unless you just wanna move on and sell me yours :p

My car has 17000km on it so around 10500miles I think. Why would you want to buy the slower car when the auto is so fast? LOL. BTW, everything is forsale. Let me know if you want to make me a offer. Its currently parked under the car cover on a battery tender in my garage.

With the current wheel/tire setup its probably far out of my budget anyways haha!

In the M6 club, and would not valet my cat anyway.
What if Ken Block or someone equivalent was the valet?
