I was putting end links on the car, and after I came back from a test hit to triple check everything was tight, I noticed something on my front tire. Checked it out to find the lining of the tire showing. Car had 15k on it. Tires rotated once. This was passenger right front. Left front is wor to the wear bars, but only on the inside like the right…. I’ve seen a little discussion about uneven wear. This surely isn’t normal.
I guess the question is will an alignment take care of it, or should I be looking for something else??? Pic shows right side tire.

Suggest a tire balance with new tires and then a wheel alignment.

I've posted several threads with specifics on how to properly do both on our HCs. Suggest doing a search on my name with key words 'wheel balance' and then 'alignment'. If you want some feedback, post your Alignment Printout so we can see before and after.

Best!

Thanks for the input!!!! I had a set of 555r2s in the shed. Mounting them now. Going to have to let her sit a while as I’m working out of town for the foreseeable future. Maybe I can talk the better half into taking it in for an alignment.

Suggest printing out my other alignment thread(s) discussing how to do the alignment and the precise numbers needed. Exactly .10 Degrees Toe In each Wheel. The number needs to be EXACT for each wheel and if done on a Hunter aligner, they CANNOT do an "In The Green" alignment.

Forget better half getting service done. Mine waits till I get home.
Collateral damage at worst, unanswered questions at best.
After reading posts from @Blickie im going to wait until I can go! He had some really good information that I need to make sure gets done. She’s going to be sitting for a bit
