A few things I can't find in the owners book and my dealer is small and knows little.
1) how do you use launch control?
2) Does the traction control stay off in track mode?
3) can anyone make the garage opener work? Mine works on a 2014 ram truck but not my hellcat.
4) Where are the lift points under the car? I have a nice lift at home but don't want to bend anything.

Thanks for any help

I don't have my car yet (going to be a while) but thought this might help. Homelink programming hasn't really every changed. If you haven't already check out page 140 of the User Guide that came with the car. This outlines the programming for the Homelink. Also, not sure about the new Chryslers but some vehicles (German at least) only power up the Homelink when the ignition is on. This is sort of smart because if the car is parked outside your garage it is more secure (someone can break a window and then open your garage).

I watched the DVD, Read the book and called the 800 number. All they said was my clicker has lo batteries or the unit is not compatible. My Chevy, Ford and another Dodge all open my gates. The dealer tried it and even powered down my Valentine 1 but i never get anything in my DID.

I ran into the same problem with the HomeLink system! I still can't get it to program in spite reading the manual, YouTube, etc. So far, I have not seen any messages in the DID as described in the manual. I have a 2014 RAM and a 2014 Jeep Overland and no issues with programming there. The overhead HomeLink buttons use the blinking light code system (like older HomeLink systems - and not described in the owners manual for HC) but even if I follow the "old" protocol, it still will not pair up. WTF?

Glad to know I'm not the only one having that issue!

I didn't want to hang my clicker on the visor so I put in in the little opening next to the shifter. Sometime during the day I went from 0 to light speed in 3 seconds or something. When I got home I had to get my wife to open our gates from the house and next day I found the clicker under the seat. When you call the 800 number it is not dodge but Chamberlin that makes the openers. They read the owners book to you

#3: I just programmed mine today. I took my old garage remote and brought it into the car. I then pushed the homelink button down and then held the garage door opener down. I held both down while the homelink blinked until it went to solid orange and the garage down went down. I then hit the homelink to open the door and it was programmed. Seemed that easy for me.

I hope I could help.

2) on mine there is a light that comes on and says it is off when in track mode. I had mine in track mode and tried to do a burnout but it was still on. I was told to hold the off esc button for 8 seconds and that turned it off.

1) after 500 miles you first set RPM, then press launch control, press and hold brake, floor the accelerator while holding brake, then release brake. I haven't personally tried it yet, and I'm going off what I remember from somebody else's post, so if I'm wrong, somebody please correct me.

3) I followed the instructions, the light never went solid, just kept blinking, but somehow it did work after a couple of tries. Weird, but it works.

SAME! I didn't have any problem programming my 2012 Charger. I had to reprogram the clicker because trying to program my HomeLink screwed everything up. I have followed every direction and the lights in the HomeLink don't flash like they should. It sounds like it's faulty. I will let my deslers know it's not just me!;)

Not just you - I'm also having the same issue with nothing appearing in the DID like it says it is supposed to in the manual (and like it works for my '09 SRT). I'll try replacing the clicker battery and holding the buttons down method tomorrow...
