I know pretty much every one goes the custom wheel fitment route with these cars but spending 7 to 10k on wheels is a tough pill to swallow. American racing has a set of wheels that I like the look of. Up front they have wheels I know will work with no issues, 20x11 -6 offset. Outback I want to run 12 in wheel, but it's only offered in a +6 offset. What am I looking at for fitment? I know if all things were equel it would be pulling the wheel inward slightly, but, it's adding an inch and adjusting centerline by half an inch, what I can't wrap my simple brain around is will this result in poke? I have a 21 charger widebody hellcat.

I can tell you right now there is a reason why people spend a lot of money on wheels. The wheels you posted fitment is going to look terrible. I would rather run stock wheels until enough funds are in the bank and buy something that fits perfect.

I believe you have that backwards, adding negative offset pushes wheel closer to fender, adding positive offset pulls in away from fender. You also have to account for the center line changing on the rear wheel, plus 6 on a 12 in wheel and plus 6 on a 11in wheel is not going to yield the same result and that's the question I have.

No. You and I are saying the same thing. Your front wheel is going to be sucked into the fender or like you say it, sucked in towards the car.
I understand sizes and offsets change the position of the wheels. I've been doing wheel fitments for over a decade. I know what I'm talking about. Not my first rodeo. My answer above stands.

Okay, how does additional 3.5 of negative offset move a -2.5 offset wheel 8.5? How are you reaching the 5mm closer to the fender in the rear. I am asking sincere question as I am acknowledging your superior knowledge on the subject.

Stock wheel is 11" wide with a -2.5 offset
New wheel is 11" wide with a +6 offset.
Therefore your new wheel moved towards the car 8.5mm (away from the fender). IF your new wheel had a negative offset of say -6; your new wheel would move out towards the fender 3.5mm (away from the car). I think you're stuck on the whole negative and positive offsets.

Here is a fantastic website. Plug in your numbers and it gives you your fitment:

Wheel Offset Calculator | 1010Tires.com Discount Online Tire and Wheel Store

Play around in there when you find wheels you like and compare the fitment to stock.

I've been looking at this exact wheel setup (except in gunmetal/w machine lip) for my widebody charger for the last two weeks. It must be a relatively new wheel since I haven't been able to find any pictures online of it installed on anything other than a NB charger. As stated, it looks like the outer rim will poke out roughly 4mm further with that 12 inch wheel in the rear. The main issue I've been debating is going with a 345/30/20 tire for that wheel width, because apparently Michelin is the only manufacturer I could find that makes a street tire in that size, and it's $650+ per tire. If you do end up going with those wheels, please post a picture of the results.

If that for sure is the end result that's not a problem because there is plenty of room for it to come out further in the rear. I just don't want it to come out past the quarter. The plan is 345/30/20 out back and 315/35/20 up front
