I've been seeing this commercial for a while now. I suspect the car was painted or wrapped just for the commercial. Notice the car is the same color as the Pennzoil bottle and logo. I doubt it's a foretelling of a future color (although I wish it was).

I'm sure they either had them custom painted by Dodge at the Viper paintbooth or sent them out. With their agreement, I'm sure a custom color is easy to get done

From what just watched about behind the scenes of making the commercials, it looks like the car was Sublime and special lighting was used to make it look yellow.

I'm like a little kid watching a toy commercial. When I hear this one, I will stop what I am doing and run to watch the TV. I did it when the Dodge bros commercial came out and they were racing the Chally and Charger Hellcats and the Viper blows through the middle. I have it bad...I'm a Mopar freak.

Agreed when the Dodge bros commercial came out I almost got chills hearing that SC whine! Everyone was like...."I don't get it why are you so excited about that?" Idiots. I would have never guessed that in a few months I would have VIN for one!!!

Yeah, a little. I think it looks a bit like the old Mercury Cougar logo, also. But, I still love the HellCat logo the best!
