I have under 200 miles, car is garage kept, weather has been around 30f give or take sometimes in 38+, and it's always warmer in the garage.

Had a couple decently cold cold starts and some not so cold. Remote start works, car fires up right away with no issue, loud af, and sounds like a high rpm start along with a weird noise but I think it's a heat shield vibrating or something. I swear it was like a loud whirring once before but at this point I can't remember.

Everytime it happens which has been about 6+ times so far it shuts off after around 5 seconds of running and then says remote start disabled forcing me to start from inside which I do and it runs perfectly fine. It doesn't throw any CEL or anything at me and every time I've driven in the cold I let it run enough to get the temp up before driving.

It failed to stay running at around 38f today at noon which is what has me questioning it now. I had a widebody scat and it had no problems in colder situations so what's the deal? I searched around on here for a while but haven't seen anything definitive.

Roll down driver's window so you can see the center display & trigger a remote start to see if the car will tell you.

If there is enough fuel, might be a Hood Switch...

Over half a tank of fuel at worst. All I've seen on the center display (if you mean above the wheel) is Remote start disabled, Press button to start. Do I have to watch it during the start? I have been opening the hood a lot so that wouldn't surprise me either.

Put your battery on a charge, it's low.

I've driven it home which took an hour+ and then driven it around some more for extended periods of time so you'd figure the battery should be ok. I'm not doubting any advice as I want to skip a dealer visit but I will check the voltage before starting it tomorrow morning.

OK cool, then maybe not it. But I do know it's one of things that will kill the car and not leave a reason or code.

Yes, was suggesting to watch the screen above the steering wheel during the whole cycle, start to end, to catch any possible indication.

Gotcha I'll give that a shot. On a side note started at 60f this morning just fine and then just now after sitting for around 4 hours it failed to keep running at 46f. Going to try my other keyfob from now on just to narrow it down but I can already feel the dealership visit coming.

Seen a post about the battery potentially impacting remote start after some more digging. Just checked the voltage and it's sitting at 12.0 after being parked for 5 hours so I'll get that swapped out. Thanks for all the tips!

12.0 volts? That's a discharged battery! You definitely need a good charger/maintainer and it's needs an overnight charge. Don't swap the battery, the same thing will happen again.

Wouldn't it be better just to get it swapped? I've put a good amount of continuous drive time on it so is the alt not able to bring it out of that range?

A good charger can save it but if they will swap I guess go ahead, it might already be damaged. But you will still need to keep it on charge at least occasionally.
