Hey guys, I'm new here and also a new Hellcat owner.

After 11 years of driving my truck I finally upgraded to a 2016 Challenger Hellcat with the funny stick.

I picked it up used obviously with 10,000 miles on it and road tripped it back from MD-TX. I plan on doing some upgrades to it later but for now it sits pretty good stock.

Sweet!!! I’ve done that trip many times but never in a Hellcat. I imagine that it was much more fun for you. Welcome and enjoy!

It was pretty long and semi truck hell, I managed to get by with only a small chip in the paint from them flinging rocks at me.
I got welcomed into to Texas with a tornado trying to kill me and driving the cat through a monsoon.

Glad you made it back safe. Sounds like your trip was eventful like mine when I picked up a Cat in Texas and drove it back to WV. The car was tuned for e85 and there is none in Arkansas. Had to limp it on the 93 tune. Then I nearly got carjacked in Memphis. After all of that the car started going into limp mode in Kentucky due to a bad sensor. Was a hell of a trip.

I will say its been a bit of a trip getting back into manual cars. Its amazing how little throttle you need to get going. There's so much torque you can literally roll out in first gear with out even hitting the gas which is crazy.
