Hey guys,

Going from a 2019 redeye to Demon. A few questions, the Demon i purchased is missing the impact gun, can a replacement be ordered? Also it is missing the air vent with just the build number, the one I have has the original owners name on it. Is there a way to order the air vent with just the number or with my name? No offense to the original owner but I'm not fond of his name on my car and crate, lol. Last question, can the car cover still be ordered?

Pretty sure only the original owner gets the name on everything. I may be wrong but I thought I read it back when the Demon came out.

I don't believe those parts can still be ordered. Here's the # for the Demon concierge (800)778-1110 Kate. I don't know if this # is still active. If it is she may be able to help you. As far as the numbered vent,if I remember correctly , the original owner had his choice to either have his name or the build number on the vent.

I thought the car originally came with the number on the vent and a replacement with the owners name was in the crate. I went through the crate but number only vent is no where to be found.

You could be right. My memory isn't what it used to be. I bought mine used and it had the numbered vent in it. I would think the only chance you have would be to contact the original owner and see if he still has it. Its a long shot though.

I think you pulled the wrong number from your phone, Kate has a new job and is offering a more personal service ...... lol

Check your crate for the other vent with just the build number with no name, the car came with the serial numbered one and the one with the name and number in the crate. The impact gun can't be ordered it was a one time thing for each crate it was made by Snap-on. Also they don't produce the car cover anymore as the license from FCA expired. Cover king was the company responsible for producing the car cover so you can get a cover that has the same quality but it won't have the Demon logo. Congrats on the Demon welcome to the 3,300

I will check with the place that sold the car for me, they were supposed to have swapped them out before the car got sent to new owner, that never happened or the new owner kept both or didn't bother swapping them out. I will try to find out where they might be, as I wouldn't mind having my personal one back, lol
