Hi Hellcat Community,

I've been a long time fan of these cars but never pulled the trigger. In September I fell into a cancelled order 2022 Challenger Jailbreak fully loaded, w/sunroof delete, in Hellraisin. I was waiting quite sometime for a 2022 ZL1 1LE that was challenged with frustrating delays and this one popped up at local dealer that I couldn't pass up. So far I love the car, it has plenty of room for my little kid's carseats which is a huge bonus.

I've done a few minor modifications:

Front PPF including all fender flares
Ceramic coating
Ceramic tint
Eibach lowering springs
Eibach front control arms
Eibach rear adjustable camber bushings
Gorilla lugnuts in black
325/30/20 Michelin Cup2 (squared)

I'm looking forward to learning about a new platform I have no experience with. The car is a dream come true for me.

Imo, for such a large car, the widebodies handle surprisingly well.

Almost ordered that same car, love that color!
Decided that, since this was the “last call” for Mopar muscle, I had to get one to match my In Violet 440+6 70 ‘Cuda. First of the E bodies, now last of the LX. Bookends for the collection!

…. but I shall lust after that color forever!

I’d recommend installing rock guards and side skirts. From ZL1 Addons. For extra protection.

I had my car ceramic coated and PPF in all key areas. The PPF is taking a beating in front of my driver side rear tire the most. Wtf. But the other side it’s not bad at all. I need to install rock guards and side skirts myself too. My car is black so it’s gonna show up even more.

When they are cold the improvement is not much if any. However, once warm the grip extremely well. I already put 2,000 miles on the car and I've taken it through canyons and the car is dead planted. I've suprised some lighter mementum cars for sure.

I totally agree. The stock options don't do the car and chassis justice. I wish they would have developed an agressive tire for the platform from the factory. The comparison tests, my guess, would close significantly. I've come from many other platforms and this thing is a joy and suprising performer.

Yes, I get your want for the real mopar plum crazy purple, it's wonderful. Hellraisin is a little more subtle and changes color depending the lighting. At night, it's black. In direct sun, it reminds me of a BMW E36 in Techno Violet.

Beautiful car. Widebodys actually handle pretty well. I track my WB Scat at Sebring and have a blast. Sure, it feels like you're riding an elephant at a rodeo, but it's the most fun I've had with my pants on. If you are on Facebook join Modern Mopar Road Racing -Autox- HPDE. It's a fantastic group with lots of people who track their cars. I have a Black Ghost on order and will mod it for road courses for sure.

Nice car. Is just the roof in satin black? I've never seen a satin roof without the trunk and hood, but have seen lots of hoods in satin. I thought the only options were satin hood of full satin package (hood, roof, trunk).

Yes, just the roof is satin black. Within the Jailbreak options, you can elect to just paint the roof. It's the only one I've seen with this selected option.
