How complicated is it to go for the larger rotors on a 2016-era Hellcat? Do I have to replace only the spindle?

New In Box S 70 Front Runners ( get what Santa didn't bring you)
As shown, 2 new in box S70 18 x 5, 2.1" BS for Hellcat 2015- 2020 (will not fit 2021) which is why I am selling. Never been mounted but have been professionally ceramic coated to assist with minimizing brake dust cleaning. Comes with Centre caps and valve stems. These are almost $900 each plus tax, plus that wait time. Will sell for $1500. I'll split actual shipping if not in the DFW area.
