damn right. Go to dodge.com and look at the specs your mind will be blown. Also YouTube guys have the JB at the next level of red eye performance. 🤩

In 10 years when the hellcat history books come out the JB will be listed as the next evolution of the red eye. The only red eye that can match the super stock in power.
I'm not a racer or tuner but I'l like to get the info in case I outlive my warranty, wouldn't a tune make up the difference?

my post was mainly in jest.
But from what we know the JB has a tune modification from a red eye which increases the redline for one. No one knows what else maybe timing? Who knows. Also there are posts saying the newer cars including the JB have different COT settings and pull timing much more liberally than earlier cars.
Eventually someone will DL a JB tune and a red eye tune and figure it out. I’m sure a red eye can be uploaded with a JB tune no problem.
From dodge it plainly says a JB has a different engine calibration.

all that being said though if your changing your tune you should get a custom dyno tune which would maximize power over any of tje stock canned tunes.

It becomes a different animal. I have (and need) a version that actually cuts the amount of throttle response for my use on road courses. Regardless of what that engine is in from the 2018 Demon to the latest whatever Jailbreak they are paying a premium to Dodge to buy, it is a good power plant. Together we all own the same engine with a different tune (calibration). Actually the TCM part of the calibration makes one hell of a difference without doing anything to the engine.

Point on this thread going back to the OP is the converters won’t make a difference except in noise and smell.

I have this exact exhaust. You will love it.
Fits like a glove, much more quiet than mid swap on startup, very unique growl under acceleration.

There are people who believe all the marketing they read, then there's people who know the fact that there's just no difference at all between a SS, RE, and JB because they all have identical engine parts. It's not like the factory has engines only for SS cars, separate stacks of engines for JBs, and more stacks for plain old Redeyes. Nope. They all come from the same pile at the same plant. The orange ones are HC engines, the red ones are Redeye/Demon/SS/JB engines.
