Hey everyone just picked up a 2018 charger hellcat with 35k miles. Just have a quick question, I've ran about 6 tanks of gas though the car since I've had it and on 2 different occasions after I fill up drive it then shut it off it wouldn't start when I go to fire it back up. It will fire on the second try, this the only time I've had this issue. No check engine lights engine runs fine before and after it happens. Just looking for some insight on this. Thanks everyone

I have a 2018 Challenger and mine did the same thing. Dealership had mine for 3 days and couldn't really find a problem. They replaced the ground strap on the engine. Haven't had a problem since. Might be something to have checked.

Anyone that doesn't use your car on a regular basis should fit a low amp battery tender and leave it powered up all the time when parked up. This will extend the life of the battery and under most circumstances and stop the battery voltage getting below 12.0 volts. Under normal conditions the voltage will drop to that number in less than two weeks if not used or driven.
