Thanks! I definitely want to change to 17's. I'll try the R'when I do.
I learned through other members too . If you can go to the track with other members its even better . See what they do , they can tell you how your car is behaving, etc

Ran a 10.83 at 134 in 2771da. Not too bad I guess. I couldn't seem to get good traction tonight on all the other passes. Maybe track prep or maybe I just need more seat time. View attachment 555713
Seat time helps immensely. Try different tips and you will find what works best for you.
In the meantime have fun. And keep sharing.

I've been in your shoes so I know how you feel . But with the guidance and help from friends I was able to get faster . Plus plum crazy is a fast color !

i never got SSs to hook, went with the Rs and they hook much better. Our local tracks have double the cost ($50) to race this year cause no spectators are allowed lol

My stock redeye hooks on the m/t 305/35/20 SS from 1800 rpms just as long as you don't slam the pedal. I ran a 11.3 with tires @ 25psi. DA was around 8900 :oops: in Denver....
Dang 8900 DA !!
I guess I won't complain about it getting to 3000 here.馃
