Hey guys and gals,

Wonderful info on this forum.

I ordered a hellraisen jailbreak challenger back in April.

During the wait i saw a great deal on a frostbite redeye narrow body so I picked it up.

Still waiting on my jailbreak (kz status) but not as impatient as before.

So i did the first oil change on the narrow body with help from this forum. Very glad i did it myself instead of trusting the deslership.

I now have 1000 miles on it and have finally run it pretty hard. This is an amazing car with incredible power.

My only upgrades planned are a few security upgrades, an aftermarket chiller, and a drag wheel setup. When the factory pulleys are available ill probably do those as well.

Anyways, thanks for the excellent info on this site!

I'm pretty new to the Challenger scene. Coming from a TRX....but don't they come with a chiller from the factory? I thought I read that. Beautiful car.
They have air to water intercooler.

Thanks for the info. My mistake. I've got a '14 Shelby and yea...the air to water intercooler is a thing. I thought I read something called a Power Chiller.... Maybe I'm mis-remembering. Thanks again for the info!

They do come with a chiller but it is not very robust.

I installed an aftermarket chiller in my amg e55 with a 7.5 gallon tank with a emp pump.

It consistently runs around 40 degrees farenheit while still being able to use the ac in cabin. My iats are usually under 95 degrees even with extreme pulls.

The factory redeye unit only gets 30 or so below ambient and cuts off the in cabin ac.

The factory redeye chiller is just flat out not very powerful compared to aftermarket units such as interchiller and killerchiller.

Some people add them for racing.

I stand corrected. I thought she was talking about a Hellcat not a Redeye. I have both so I confuse them sometimes.

The standard bodies have a more refined look, along with keeping with the spirit of the '70-'71 cars. They look super cool in their own right. I do think the widebodies are more aggressive and muscle, though. Got to love them both!

It's original body. The wide body is F&F Tokyoish.
