Hey everyone I just picked up my 2021 challenger hellcat redeye wide body, so far I am loving this car, I have put 355 miles on it already and I had a question. Did you notice your car break in “get faster” with some miles on it? Also my car seems to have a noticeable miss/shake while idling, any one else’s car do that?

People say they get faster as they age but I've never felt that on my butt dyno and I've had three of these now.
Welcome btw.

Gotta get rid of that yellow banana, it's scratching up your splitter and looks a little _ lol.

May not be for long when you smoke his ZL1 at the track, am 5-0 vs them and those guys get really mad when they loose to our "Big Slow" cars 🤣🤣🤣

I've had my run with a 6th gen ZL1 at the track before as well against my Hellcat. We were both stock power and both of us Auto with drag radials. We raced several times and the outcome was pretty much the same, both cars are pretty much even and as fast as eachother. Stock regular Hellcat vs stock ZL1 are equal but the Redeye is faster than the ZL1 and will win.

Im sure once the op has his car broken in he and his buddy will race. The OP's Redeye will win against his buddy's ZL1 in a race stock for stock. Both cars are awesome though.

I think it can be compared to a pair of new shoes vs. worn in, not so much really faster but more like a stiffness that breaks in around the 2500-5000k mile mark..really depends on the person’s butt dyno I suppose, to me it does and doesn’t feel faster if that makes sense..there are other factors that can play into it that people tend to forget like the octane in that particular tank of gas as well as ambient temps those types of things..you get the picture

Nice car! I have a black RWB as well, and to answer your question, yes. Mine seend to get faster as it broke in. I'm at 2300 miles & it seems more powerful now than when brand new. I did follow proper break in procedures as well.
Wow that’s low, you’ve had her a while now, how many miles do you usually clock on an average drive
