I know some people like stripes and some don’t, I bought this 2019 with stripes that were enamel painted over the clear coat. They were chipping and peeling driving me crazy (can you say OCD) and I had them completely removed and had these new black metallic ones painted on and then clear coated. I haven’t seen many done like this (maybe there is a real and I’m just not aware) but, I like the way it turned out. What do you think?

You don't see many done that way because it's done right. Done right is more expensive than $200 worth of vinyl or a $500 spray and pay.

Love it and I'm not a stripe guy. Actually the only reason I'm not is because in my eyes they all eventually lift and peel/fade. I love how they look but that part kills it for me. Yours on the other hand are the right way to do it and I'd be a stripe guy if they were done like that. Well done.

I love stripes, only seen the matte ones though. I really like this look. My only gripe with vinyl is they are a pain to maintin - had mine in the shop once a yar to fix lifting ect and I didnt drive the car in inclemet weather and was obsessively careful washing it. This looks like forever strips - well done!

That does look really good. I would lean more towards painting them on (solid colors), but if that holds up well I would consider it.
