So I have been around the flag pole today trying to find answers as to why I am forever stuck in "D" status. When I went to Dodge Customer Care chat I was informed that there is no longer a SRT Customer Care chat line?? What the heck??
Well, they don't have any detailed information. Your dealer is about the only POC that can give you that.
But, the answer as to why you're stuck in D status is the same as everyone else: They have many more orders than parts available. So, you're approved for build, but they don't have all the parts... so you have to wait until it's your turn to get parts. A dealer may be able to see exactly which parts are causing the hangup... but if it's in D status, you probably can't edit the order anymore, so you're kinda stuck waiting.
