Got my hellcat on December 27. Drove it for a week before it blew a water pump.
No parts available. Got to start the waiting game all over again.
Why would they release a vehicle to the public before parts are available?

Which water pump? Intercooler or engine coolant? Damn, if it was for anything except drivetrain related you should have been good. The glass on my outside mirror fell off, the dealer ordered it and its on the way. Let us know how long this takes. I am very interested to hear the rest of the story.

Bad water pump and you can't get a replacement, cylinder misfire, cracked vanity mirror, parts falling off...maybe it's a good thing I'm having to wait....

Don't forget the bad oil cooler line that started leaking...

No car is defect free...although frustrating, there's going to be some issues - hence the warranty

You can go buy new parts and have problem or they're not working, its the new American way. I've said it before customer service is dead

You mean the oops I spilled oil on the fender and took a pic, pic? There could possibly be a little trolling going on, on this site. Just trying to weed through the real and fake.

and that's why I own black IF this temperature ever goes up, coat 2 goes on with a spritz of gloss enhancer....apologize for using "spritz" , I know it's un car like

You never know whether you truly have a warranty (or insurance for that matter) until you try to collect. I used to have no issues with going in for a warranty repair from any of the big 3, but in the last few years getting a repair warranted has been like pulling teeth. So I'm not sure how much a warranty really means nowadays....as an aside if you want to live on the edge you could always put some 87 octane in a Hellcat and go to the track and do some full throttle runs to see how good the warranty really is....

Never had a warranty claim issue, ever...cars and trucks are always taken care of and I don't mod things I know will bust the warranty. Seriously, never an issue.
