I have a 2019 Charger Hellcat and since the day I picked it up from the dealership I hear/feel this noise/vibration/frequency/harmonic @2000RPM. I'm trying to figure out of this is normal for the Hellcat? When I had my Scatpack I didn't have an issues only when the MDS activated and you would get the drone noise.

I did some research and thought it was the active exhaust causing the issue so I bought the MFER thinking that would solve the problem and didn't do anything, I think it made it even more pronounced.

The car is awesome and I wouldn't care so much but it seems that @2000RPM is where my gears like to change at and when I giving it gas.

The dealership didn't help out at all, they keep telling me they can't hear anything. It's driving me crazy, if anyone has any suggestions what the problem might be please help me!

Is the noise coming from the rear? Some reports of differential being noisy at certain rpms.

Can you help with more info on where it seems to be coming from on your vehicle? Can you feel the vibration in the heels of your feet on the floor or in your backside sitting in the seat?

Are there any vehicle components affected by this noise/vibration/frequency/harmonic @2000RPM?

What is the speed(s) when this occurs?

How is the tire balance? Have you ever had the tires balanced? Steering wheel shimmy, fender vibrations? Many of us here, including me, had to have all tires re-balanced because of a vibration @ 70 mph. I posted multiple times on this issue and how to solve.

What happens when you rack the vehicle with the wheels free, and run the vehicle @2000 rpm with a tech underneath??

Can you record the sound with sufficient gain to be heard and then post here?

Yes, not normal. I didn't really notice anything in my 2019 392 either. Yes, tire info? Run flats? My first 392 I looked at (Lynch Burlington, WI) had the rears replaced. They were only "W" (only good for 168) rated AND run flats. When I asked the salesperson, he said the service manager said they were ok because I'd never have to go that fast. Obviously, I moved on.

Finally got some good weather and tried my best to provided addition info.

I can feel the vibration in the heels of my feet, the driver chair, and slightly through the steering wheel.

Happens at any speed, it's when the engine gets to 2000RPM and when the throttle is applied.

No, the tires are not balance.

I haven't had the opportunity to rack the vehicle, I need to find someone... the dealerships are useless and states everything is fine.

It seems that the sound is more pronounce in the back seats and when it's colder out. Also when I do a cold start I can hear the passenger door vibrate of a sec and then it goes away.
I tried recording the sounds but it didn't capture it as good as I would like, gotta find the right setup and I'll try again.

Ok, based on how you are feeling the vibrations, there's a couple of boxes you HAVE to check. One is a proper wheel balance and the other is a proper 4-wheel alignment.

I have posted multiple threads on both topics along with why, how to do both, how to set up the machines and how to talk to the techs. Suggest a Search on my Name using Keywords "balance" and then "alignment". Your best resources will probably be shops like Discount Tire for balance and Goodyear for alignment. Let me know if you have any questions.

And yes, many of us have had to do both as well.

if you can consistently duplicate it;

if at a specific engine RPM (2000?), issue is engine and/or transmission

if at a specific road speed (between 60 and 75 mph), issue is from driveshaft to wheels.

when tring to identify, use different roads for each test to eliminate vibe possibly being induced by the road

It better not be the engine or transmission, I doubt it... I have a feeling it's the damn exhaust... need to investigate more.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'm able to hear it if I rev the car up while in park but it's not as intense as driving.

Exhaust would = engine in my first note above.

Being able to consistently duplicate will be at least half the battle. It'll narrow down where to look

Then, rack the vehicle on the frame so the wheels are free so a tech can get underneath while you try to duplicate....
