Someone already went 10.2. Where do you get off claiming a world record?

This 10.71 was without any Power Adder, no pulley, paper filter is still in the air box. This is 100% stock with Injected Engineering tuned and running E85. Documented, pics, vids, everything to prove it. Air temp was 85 degrees. The second fastest stock Hellcat there out of five that showed up, ran 11.04. Awesome numbers considering the weather, temps, humidity, etc.

That's a fine line as having it tuned and running e85 is adding power. It's not like changing components out for traction or reducing breaking a driveshaft. Your adding power to the car therefore it is in the same category as the nitrous car IMO. Having said that, great run for just a tune with e85 but what was the mph?

In the heat of the day, the car ran a 10.79. We gave the car two hours to cool down and wait for better DA and that's the best we got before the track closed at 5PM. This is in Reynolds GA and it was still over 80 degrees F. It was the last pass of the day on the track for our final attempt.

The time I posted was NOT corrected. The 10.71 was actual time on slip. I'm trying to dig up that pic for reference. Stand by.

It won't be long before someone gets below 10.5... There are cars at the track pulling the front in off the ground and are getting close to the hellcat. And there trailer queens

OK folks,I am the owner and driver of this car. There will be more information to follow but for now I will tell you that Aric and the guys over at Injected Engineering in Kennesaw Ga. Have been tuning my car for the last couple of weeks.
We intended to go to Pony wars race in south Ga.last week but the race was rained out.Today we took the car to a car club event in Renolds Ga.where we made four runs. Our last run of the day was [email protected]
This was on e85 and MT 305 DR tires.I will post the time slip in a minute, the car in the other lane was Roby Irle in his stock Granite Hellcat with the same tires.I will have specific weather conditions a little later, but it was about 85" with a corrected altitude of about 2500 ft.
Track temp I believe was about 100"
I am not going to get in a bench racing argument but I will say that I think with favorable weather and track conditions we will see 10.40,s at around 132.
I would like to thank Aric and all his guy's at Injected for letting me be their first test car. Also thanks to all my fellow Hellcat buddies at the track today, especially Rob Irle, you are still the man.We will have a lot of footage and more info over the next couple of days!
