Possibly left it recording on the way down coasting? When it died at 5400, it was turned off.

 

I thought that too, but the HP goes from 799 all the way to 869 with the RPMs going down is throwing me off for the peak HP.

 

Did they do a real goofy and dangerous thing and down shift???

 

I was not present during the Dyno, all of this was done when it had like 1400 miles on the Durango. I had the shop that did work rustle up the Invoice and Dyno sheet for me. A down shift would not be a good thing here...lol you are right!

I have been looking a bit and see where some people are talking about the transmission may not like the HP, its just at 799 but spikes there at the odd curve and goes up to 869.

I think you just need to find a dyno operator who knows that they're doing

 

Go get it dyno’ed again or run a 1/4 mi and look at the performance pages. Unless it runs really strange at RPM’s as represented by that strange dyno you have??? Nobody on earth can look at that weird thing and waste their time telling WTF they did. YOU were not even there yourself!

 

Oh i know, I'll end up having to go back someplace and have it put on a dyno again. I want to find someplace that has one that i don't have to take out the drive line and do AWD.

Yes it shifted because you had a rpm drop as per a shift

I'd rather not say, I still have to contact the tuner that did this and talk to them. This could have been a bad sheet. I'm not a tuner, but when I had my corvette tuned with all the mods I did, they had like 6 pulls to get it running top notch.

 

That looks to me like it shifted up, and then they lifted off pretty quick. Either way, not a clean run or numbers I would trust.

 

Interesting. It did retrograde to lower RPM’s which is an upshift, but also gets more power? Maybe, but very strange, so did they do the primary pull in OD (7th)??

 

It is cute, never seen that before. Fun to look at. We will wait and see a real dyno in 6th please (1:1) ratio. Why did they run the dyno in the first place?

 

Always wondered about what gear they used. Was thinking what ever is 1:1 would be most accurate
